GreekFit Bootcamp: Wellness, Awareness, and Empowerment

This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about building physical confidence, sharpening your awareness, and feeling stronger in your own body — for whatever life throws your way.

What is GreekFit Bootcamp?

GreekFit Bootcamp is a movement-based class focused on wellness, self-awareness, and personal readiness.


We blend cardio, strength-style body movement, and real-world drills to help you:

  • Build endurance and boost energy
  • Improve your situational awareness
  • Reduce stress and anxiety through purposeful movement
  • Feel more capable and confident in your own body 
  • Connect with others who value strength and safety
     

This is a space for anyone who wants to move with meaning — not just “work out.”

Who It’s For

This class is for YOU if you:


  • Want to feel stronger and more present in your daily life 
  • Are looking for a safe, supportive environment to move your body
  • Feel curious about self-defense, safety, or crisis readiness 
  • Want a wellness routine that’s about more than looks 
  • Enjoy group movement without the pressure of a gym
     

No experience needed. All movements are beginner-friendly and can be modified.

What to Expect

  • Warm-Up Session
     
  • Movement-based strength and cardio intervals, at times with weights
     
  • Posture & Positioning Practice
     
  • Group cool-down and short wellness/mindset debrief
     

Classes are offered 2–3 times per week.


We kindly ask for a $10 suggested donation per class to help support planning, equipment, and energy invested into making this a meaningful experience.


This is not a tactical or certified personal training class — it’s a movement-based wellness experience focused on confidence, control, and showing up for yourself.

We Can Bring GreekFit to You

Have your own space and a few motivated people?


We’ll come to you.


Whether it’s your garage gym, community center, backyard, or open studio — if you have a group ready to move with purpose, we can host GreekFit Bootcamp at your location.


All you need:

  • A safe, open area for movement (indoors or outdoors)
     
  • At least 5 confirmed attendees
     
  • A willingness to move, learn, and have fun
     

We’ll bring the energy, the format, and the wellness-driven mindset — all you have to do is show up and move.

Class Schedule & Location

  • Class days vary by week based on space and availability
  • Location: Ogden Dunes Volunteer FD  located at 111 Hillcrest Rd, Ogden Dunes, IN 46368
  • Suggested donation: $10 per class
  • Bring water, yoga mat, towel, 1-2 light weights, and come ready to move!
