With over 29 years in law enforcement, Neko Zairis has seen the realities of crisis situations up close — including the devastating impact of active shooter incidents. Through his extensive work in patrol, tactical response, and crisis intervention, one truth became clear: preparedness saves lives.

Neko founded this company with a mission to empower everyday people with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to respond effectively in the face of danger. He believes that active shooter training shouldn’t be limited to law enforcement — it should be accessible to schools, workplaces, and communities everywhere.

His passion is rooted in service, but his vision goes further: to create a culture where safety is proactive, not reactive — and where ordinary individuals are equipped to protect themselves and others when every second counts.

Jackie is a dedicated leader driven by a deep passion for helping others and creating safer communities. As a mother, the safety of her children is always top of mind — and it's this personal connection that fuels her commitment to the company’s mission. With a background in criminology and legal studies, Jackie brings both compassion and a strong understanding of real-world risks to her role as Chief Operations Officer.
